Community Work

Every time a new client signs up, we make meaningful donations to charities in three fields: arts for all, dementia care, and social mobility.

We provide mentorship for the Social Mobility Foundation – supporting ambitious young people who face structural barriers in education and work because of their socioeconomic background.

We are patrons of B:Music – the charity responsible for Birmingham Symphony Hall and Town Hall – which encourages a wider diversity of people to enjoy music and the arts.

We frequently present to local schools to share our experiences of careers in the financial industry – and listen to feedback from pupils.

All of our staff receive two days of charitable leave a year. That was recently put to good use painting Shenley Court Hall on behalf of the Bourneville Village Trust – as you can see here.

And, when our people raise money for deserving causes, we match their donations.
